By entering a WNYCCA event the participant acknowledges the inherent risks involved in riding/driving and working around horses. Risks include bodily injury and death from using riding/driving or being in close proximity to horses, among other risks, and further, that both horse and rider/driver can be injured in normal use or in competition and schooling. In consideration, therefore, for the privilege of riding/driving and or working around horses at any location of WNYCCA events the undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnity WNYCCA and anyone associated with WNYCCA including any helpers/grooms. Further, the undersigned released them from any liability or responsibility for accident, damage, injury or illness to the undersigned or any horse or equipment owned by the undersigned or to any family members or spectators accompanying the undersigned on the premises of any location of WNYCCA events. The undersigned also acknowledges the rules set forth and published by WNYCCA and agrees to adhere to those rules. Rules may change without notice.
Photo release. I consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by WNYCCA show series of any and all photography and any other audio/visual materials taken of me for promotional materials, educational activities, exhibitions, or for any other use for the benefit of the organization.
