Dear WNYCCA Community,
Join us to close out a fun filled year of activities! The annual banquet is a time to gather with friends, relive the season, and hand out some ridiculously gigantic ribbons. But it’s also time for the annual members meeting, elections and our fundraiser for the 2025 season too.
If you enjoyed the food we had at the Clinic or the Pleasure show you’re sure to be delighted with the selection we’re picking out to feast on at the banquet, Mmmm BBQ.
Not a member but thinking of becoming one? You’re welcome to join this event as well. Meet other members and get a feel for our community and see if it’s right for you!
Elections!
We cannot continue this club without the support from our members. There are several openings this year for positions, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, and 2 Board Member openings. Please take time out to submit a nomination using this form. Nominations will close at the end of November to give us time to print ballots for the banquet.
Auction!
This is our only true fundraiser of the year. Please bring an item for our silent auction. If you aren’t bringing an item please participate! Funds raised are what help us pay for new club items. If you noticed we have a beautiful new set of cones this year but our barrels could use a face lift and the club has been saving up for a new trailer too. Help us reach these goals!
Membership Renewal
We are going to change things up just a little bit this year and hold online membership renewals until after the banquet but encourage folks to renew in person. Checks/Cash will be accepted at the banquet for both membership renewal and auction purchases.
